This is a great product with very nice holding power. Unlike other ethanol-based hairsprays, this particular one doesn’t dry your hair out and make it brittle. As such, you can restyle it after it’s been applied without your hair going straight or the texture being terrible; it’s as if there’s a moisturizer included in the formula. I’ve also never noticed any flaking with this product. There is of course a slight smell (reminiscent of coconut), but it’s nowhere near as strong or as bad as many other hairsprays. The smell goes away relatively quickly after applying.

My daughter got married on the beach and the make up/hair dresser use this on my hair to prevent my hair from frizzing. I also had a keratin treatment done so now that the keratin treatment has faded away I can honestly update because I’m still using this hairspray and having good results. It’s not completely fool proof, but if you straighten your hair and use this along with your other anti-frizz products you will find, your hair is definitely going to be less frizzy in humid weather. I live in Florida so I experience humidity in full force. I got this in January, it’s now the April 30th and the product seems to be able to withstand moderate humidity. I will update as the summer goes on and the humidity level rises, but at least for now I’m getting a few months of normal hair after working so hard to style it straight with a flat iron. It’s unscented and does not leave your hair sticky, greasy or crunchy. I apply this after styling to hold the style. The best part is this giant can of hairspray was so inexpensive at $5 and it does work fairly well. I recommend even though the price has increased to $8.21.

I’ve been using this hairspray for few days and it has done a good job keeping my hairstyle in place, even on humid days. I live in a very humid climate, and that’s usually where most hairsprays fail, but this one helps control frizz and flyaways much better than many others I’ve tried. The scent is noticeable when first applied, but it fades after a while and isn’t overwhelming. The only downside is that if you apply too much, it can make the hair feel a little stiff, so a light hand works best. Overall, it performs as advertised, lasts throughout the day, and feels like a good value for the price.

I have been using this hairspray for almost 10 years now. I use almost a can of it a week, excessive I know. But I also consider myself somewhat of a hairspray snob - not to sound ridiculous I just have flat hair and this used to be the perfect hairspray - no sheen - perfect hold, not crunchy and really didn’t look like hairspray was even in your hair. Well I’ve been on subscription for this stuff for years now, and the last SIX bottles I’ve received have been defective, the smell is completely different, and is arguably now one of the WORST brands I’ve ever used. Nozzle shoots out like a fire hydrant leaving thick hairspray droplets in your hair that dry into what looks like water droplets. I used to be able to spray it from a distance to where it would land on my hair somewhat dry and tacky allowing me to style my hair quickly. Now? No matter what distance it comes out like a geyser of unrefined droplets - not a mist, that wets your hair instead of holding it. The smell is completely different as well which makes the think they changed the formula, as well as botched the nozzles. Terribly sad. It was a great 10 years tho, but I wouldn’t even recommend this to my enemy it’s that bad now, spare yourself.

Super disappointed - I’ve been using this exact hairspray daily for over 5 years. It takes very little and is the best hairspray I’ve ever used. Until recently. L’Oréal has made changes to the spray nozzle which ruins the entire product. The spray used to be an ultra fine mist with the perfect amount of propellant not to disturb your style. However, I bought a can and as I used new vac the first time the spray came out in a very wet, heavy droplets with a weak propellant that, at the average distance, left the bulk of the product deposited onto my shirt … in big wet sticky droplets. My shirt was wet, my hair was wet in places. I thought it was a clogged sprayer, even though it was new. I cleaned it but the next day same thing. I chocked it up to a defective sprayer and purchased 2 more cans from a different retailer. They are the same! It was literally the perfect hairspray, affordable, long lasting and available in most retailers. Now it’s garbage. I’ve wasted my money 3 times over and I’m on the hunt for a new brand. Be warned.

This lasted through a rainy, humid day in Georgia. Usually on these days, I wear a ponytail or bun but I don’t want to today. Stubborn. Got my hair the way I wanted it, and sprayed like my life depended on it. I probably could’ve used less, but I didn’t want to take any chances. I will not be able to brush this out as others have said, rather I will be using a micellar shampoo and conditioner to get out the residue so I can start all over in the morning. I certainly recommend this product if you want to keep your style in place. I found it to be a great value for the price, and with the amount I use, the natural shine on my hair was not lost. I have really thick hair and this held my style without it being goopy and gunky.

Fabulous product, but check product upon receipt. I don’t usually check them, as I order ahead of need. This is the first time in 2 years that the sprayer did not work. I have tried everything. I did not check with seller, as it had set on the shelf for several months. Test your purchase right away.

Perfect for setting hair.. the hold is good

Lo utilice en un día con mucho viento si bien las partes largas de mi cabello salieron volando como siempre el peinado en general no se me arruino, en cuanto te lo aplicas se endurece bastante así que no es muy apropiado para moldearlo, lo malo es que el perfume que trae si bien no es muy fuerte dura bastante y a mí personalmente es algo que me desagrada, pues prefiero los spray sin olor, a pesar de eso lo compraría de nuevo.
