Deep sound 2000 LS1
Stock 2000 Z28 LS1 Auto. Muffler swap only. Factory tips and kept the cats. I was very happy with the deep throaty sound when I heard it. Definitely better than stock muffler. I would recommend if just doing light mods to your Gen 4 Camaro or TA.... 5 stars...

Great muffler for a Third Gen Camaro
This muffler sounds great on my 1992 Camaro. It has a deep tone that’s not too loud and definitely not too quiet.

Not the sound I want
Totally wish I bought some other kind for my trans am. The exhaust just rattles around and does not have that growl you want with a TA.

Disappointed it’s not as loud as advertised… I wasn’t liking for obnoxious or droning but hard to tell the difference from stock

my camaro makes 536 RWHP and it sounds perfect. but i also have a 3" flowmaster glasspack b4 axle.

I bought this for my 95 f250 and did a dual same side exit exhaust system setup and she sounds amazing better than my black widow exhaust system I had on it definitely worth buying 100% recommend

Love the sound that comes out of my 1992 RS ...
Love the sound that comes out of my 1992 RS 25th anniversary edition Camaro when I installed this bad boy on it. I thought it was gonna be too loud but it is just right. Glad I went with flowmaster.

My 26 year old car still had the stock muffler on and developed a hole that made sort of a rumble. As the car is a stock collector I did not want a roar but a solid V8 sound. After researching production mufflers I was leaning towards the Flowmaster 40 remembering from the old days. Realizing I am 40+ years older thought better. I went with the 80 series because of 2 reasons, 1. slightly quieter, 2 the only configuration that goes onto a camaro with 3 inch pipe in and 2 -2 1/2 pipes out on 1 muffler same as the stock. This required no mods to my exhaust system. As performance goes it has a nice start up sound and a decent roar at 3000 rmp. When at cruising altitude 1500-2000 rpm its sound is quite enough to hear the sterio and conversation in the cockpit but still sounding good. If you are an owner of a Camaro and do not want to reconfigure your exhaust to a Bolara system I highly recomend the Flowmaster super 80 muffler. I had my friend and ownrer of Jerry's Muffler in Kelown BC install it and with the muffler under $350. Better than $2000 for other systems.
