The buttons are already "swapped", or software is required for that?

There is some easy to use software that does that. I tell it that I want to map certain keyboard shortcuts or macros to the buttons and save that as a profile. When the linked program runs, the Synapse program swaps the profile to match. I have five profiles that took me maybe half an hour of tweaking to get perfect - I didn't have to take so long, but I was playing with it a bit - and after that it works on it's own.

is it good for left handers

In all honesty I don't think it would be ideal, because your side buttons are to the left of the mouse. Therefore, you would have to slide and bend your ring finger in a seemingly uncomfortable position to effectively press them. Good news, though! might a bit too heavy for graphic design. I find that playing with this kind of mouse for hours tires my hands a bit.

My hands are pudgy and massive and the deathadder is too big for me. I looked at your currnet mouse and the Razer Deathadder that I use is bigger. Just-in casey (haha get it?), it is 120mm end to end and 65mm wide at the front and back. 4Hope this helps,Fin Proebst
