I suffer from multiple medical conditions including heds fibro osteoarthritis in about 20 more. Compression is supposed to help keep my joints in place. It's hard to find ones that stay up, and don't pinch you or roll down. These are perfect! I've sent some others back. I'm so excited about the high level of sun protection because I burn like crazy! And you don't get sweaty under these. They're adorable colors and feel really lightweight. I've only worn one pair, but I'm excited to wear the other colors. The material is soft but not plasticky or scratchy. Plus they look so cute under a t-shirt!

A good set of sleeves for compression and rash protection. The compression is very nice according to the measurement, and the material is soft on the skin all day long. Just make sure to hand wash and air dry them first before wearing. I paired these with my shoulder brace from Grade 3 clavicle fractures (multiple pieces) and Grade 2 rotator cuff. A combination of this kind of injuries is not something you can just enjoy life on a daily basis. The compression helps to make my muscles feel less pain than the normal days. If I have to measure the pain, it's between 3 and 4 out of 10 coming from a person with extreme high pain tolerance and not use any pain medication. This reduces the pain level down to 1 of 10 for the bicep and tricep muscles around the rotator tears. It does a very great job in prevent rash from the brace as well. The only downside is the upper sleeve edge can be very tight when it's new. Once you stretch it a bit, it will be more comfortable. But the break-in period can truly be quite uncomfortable after a few hours. My measurement is 13.5 using the large, as it supports up to 14. For those who are closer to the 14, well, you might have blood circulation cut-off.

I've gotten their leggings in the past after skin removal on my thighs. Which were fantastic! So I thought I'd try the sleeves after my skin removal surgery for compression. Just put them on and they're fantastic as well. If something changes later I'll write an update. Just as great as the leggings. Getting a 2nd set.

The sleeves are amazing, comfortable and they stay on. The sleeves have the beaded grip which keeps it in place. Other sleeves rely on it being super tight so they stay on but not these. They’re snug but you won’t even notice them after you out them on. I like getting my sleeves wet which helps keep me cool and block out the sun. They’re definitely a great purchase for everyone. I’ve taken them fishing with me, to the gym, and to work. People think that it’s a full shirt but when I show them they’re amazed that I’m not sweating or hot from them. (I bought the black ones for work). People think that since its black that it retains heat but on the contrary. They’re also very breathable allowing you to stay cool while blocking out the sun.

So, this is my first pair of compression sleeves, so maybe I'm not sure how the fit goes, but...these fit weird. Maybe my arms are just weird. I dunno. I measured properly, ordered the right size, received the right size...my issue is that they're pretty loose around my wrists. I was hoping for material a bit more...you know, constricting, to be honest. I was thinking, well, maybe I should have ordered a smaller size...but the band around my bicep? It's pretty tight as it is. So while the small might work for my wrists, I need the medium for my biceps. :/ Other than that, I like them. They look good. They feel good. They keep the skin cool. They stay in place really well...I sometimes have to pull the sleeve over my hand to keep it in place (I think I also have short arms? Because the band around my bicep is pretty much up to my armpit, but the wrist band rests almost on my knuckles), but that's not a big deal. I have two suggestions. One, add in a thin velcro strap to the bicep band. That way, I could make it a little bigger, and then could order the small size that would better fit my wrists, without cutting off circulation via the smaller bicep band. Two, thumb holes. I could obviously sew them in myself, but not being a terribly experienced seamstress, I'm reluctant to find out how this material reacts to being cut and sewn...but thumb holes would also let people like me, who apparently have short arms, keep the wrist band up more comfortably.

I love this arm compression. It suited all my needs when looking for arm compression to manage my Lipedema. The cooling aspect and breathability was very important to me as I live in a hot climate (summers get into the 110s and it can get humid). It feels secure on my arm (I don’t need to keep pulling it up). Not to mention it is easy to wash by hand annd quickly air dries. I purchased another pair immediately and am eyeing their compression leggings. It came in with a strong smell but after soaking it in some detergent and vinegar water for a couple hours the smell is completly gone.

Hello Peter: The compresion Z sleeves are nicely designed, they feel good and dont bother at all. Delivery was prompt and the overall quality vs price it was excellent. I purchased them due to a shoulder/elbow situation in which a nerve in my shoulder causes a pain in my elbow similar to tennis elbow. I'm a Full contact Martial artist and I teach 3 classes of 1 hour each every day, therefore resting for me is not an option. I am 47 years old, 5 foot 6 inches with 155 lbs, and healing is not that fast as it was before. I was recommended by my therapyst to get a compresion sleeve to help the process and i have chosen your product. For that i got to add that the quality is great, service is great but the only minor thing is that i ordered size medium when i had to ordered small for more pressure since after wearing it for a while the fabric strectches and one doesn't feel the same pressure. Received them quite quickly and appreciate the e-mail to ensure customer is happy. I've been using them for recovery after climbing sessions and it does help to reduce soreness in forearms. They are quite comfortable and fit as expected. Overall great product for the price.

Material was not good

Measured as instruction before buying, it is good for first couple of times. But it gets loose then.
