Good taste and worked as expected
This corn starch worked as expected. The taste and consistency worked well in pies, pudding,and sauces. The can top has a edge across to level the spoon.

Works well, but messy to use
I've been using this cornstarch for a few weeks, and overall it does the job. It thickens sauces and soups nicely, and it's great for baking when I need a light texture. I also like that it seems very pure, with no strange smell or additives. On the downside, it's extremely fine and gets everywhere if you're not careful-my kitchen looked like a snowstorm after a few uses. The packaging could also be better; the lid doesn't seal tightly, so I worry about moisture getting in. Still, for the price, it's a solid choice.
