How big are these? Normal size capsules? I had antibiotics once that looked like horse pills and were tough to swallow.

The 1000 mg pills are fairly large, about 3/4" long by 3/16" wide. If that's a problem for you buy lowed dose pills and take multiple smaller pills. Hope this helps.

I never take any pill on an empty stomach. I take this tablet daily after I have eaten. I I never take any pill on an empty stomach on drs suggestion.
