Drum dongle will not work for guitar

I ordered this thinking it was a guitar hero dongle for the guitar. it was however a drum dongle and I had to return it, they were pleasant to deal with the took the return right away. Be ware this will not work for anything except the drum instrument.

I've ordered an Activision dongle, as advertised, and was sent a Redoctane instead, which is not compatible with the GH6 (warriors of rock) drumkit controller.
