Works Well, But Check Your B12 Levels First
I started taking Solgar Vitamin B12 because I was actually low in B12 at the time. Honestly, my diet wasn’t the healthiest, so I decided to take a few different vitamins, including this one. I had my B12 levels checked about two months later, and they were actually pretty high, so I stopped taking this dose. Overall, I think the product works really well, and the packaging is great. I’d definitely recommend it, but I’d suggest getting your B12 levels checked first. You may not need such a high dose — 1,000 mcg might be more than you need.

En cuanto a la dosis, si bien el fabricante recomienda 1 comprimido diario, por su concentración (1.000 miligramos por cada uno) con hacer 3 tomas semanales sería más que suficiente para aportar toda la vitamina B12 que nuestro cuerpo necesita teniendo en cuenta que solamente la aportamos por esta vía.
