Will this fit a 2012 nissan sentra SR?

With custom welding it will fit. But keep in mind this is resonator to cut down on rasp. Do not use as a standard muffler

On a scale of 1-10 how loud is this?

If 1 is an OEM exhaust on a Prius and 10 is open exhaust on a cam'd big block v8, it's about a 5. On my 6.1 HEMI, they are probably 2 (on your 1-10 scale) louder than the large, oval style MagnaFlows I had on before, both at idle and pulling out. The tone is better in my case because I factored in an "H" pipe where there were just 2 separate paths from the headers to tips before.

will this have a deep but very loud sound on a 5.6L V8?

It depends on a lot more than just the muffler but generally, yes, this type of muffler cuts higher pitched tones and let's you hear the deep ones. I have also like deeper exhaust sounds and have built about twenty systems with various magnaflow mufflers. If you use just one if these per side it will be very loud.
