I started taking like four scoops of this together with my pre workout and my pump has never been better

I tried this stuff before getting it with D-malate. Although Citrulline is a pre-cursor to Arginine which inevitably gets broken down into nitric oxide (basically), it doesn't have to go through the lengthy digestive process Arginine does. Flavor is pretty much tasteless. You can probably add to a shake or a pre-workout mix or simply take with water.

This is a good product I took it as directed I did notice the difference in my workout I felt more limber it felt as though my muscles were not fatigued after an hour to two hour workout

If you are a purist like me, you'll love this product. I'm recovering from back surgery and not able to lift weights for now. I am able to walk however and this stuff has been remarkable for my post surgery recovery. Until using this I was all in after 2 -3 blocks. After using this I walked 45 min. with steep hills! That may not sound like much but I'm talking 2 weeks after major reconstructive surgery! Don't waste your time on the l-citrulline malate. It tastes nasty and doesn't work.
