To hell with other drivers ok, but check with the Police to make sure. I would say yes to fixing the beacon onto your scooter if it is 1 that can ride on the road legally. But, remember to not hold up traffic to long ok pull over and let them pass safely by you.

is this unit remote controlled or just simply swith on /off and leave running ?

it is not remote controlled, but different flashes can be cycled by pressing the on/off button.

I have checked the government web site they say a rotating becon if you use a mobility scooter on a dual carriage way which i dont ever plan on doing
