The tool body itself is the holder. There are two ears in the gray part, behind where the battery sits, that have holes in them and you can bolt it to the wall.

Does this have a reverse option on the motor?

No reverse option just variable speed

WIll this take a 1mm drill bit for jewellery?

The tool is supplied with a 0.8mm engraving bit so this should be fine.
