Awesome taste

Delectable and Rich
This is a thick rich balsamic that complements sweet and savory. It’s not made to be poured on salad greens. It’s delicious as a glaze for salmon, with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and high quality olive oil, as well as an ice cream or dessert topping. Our first bottle lasted over 13 years. It’s so rich, you don’t need a lot.

Great Balsamic at reasonable price.
I’ve been a fan of this type of Balsamic vinegar for nearly 8 yrs. I really won’t use any other. I look forward to the day I can migrate from IGP to DOP to truly taste Balsamic vinegar.

Delicious
Very good quality, the consistency is thick as it should be, low, acidity, very good balsamic, this is not for cooking , only a small drizzle on salads, bread,cheese.

The best balsamic. My brother gave me a bottle of this. We taste tested it next to what was our favorite at the time and this was better. A great balsamic really enhances a recipe. Worth the price.
