Perfect Plants Chicago Hardy Fig Tree, 1 Gallon, Live Plant | Survives below-freezing winters, self-pollinating with sweet purple fruit yearly, zones 5-10, full sun in ground or pot

We live in south central Georgia. We bought these figs in March. They were very healthy and we planted them in the ground. Now we plant in what we call a treasure box. We put some organic material and table scraps pretty deep so it will have to send roots down to find it. It is August 8th and we have figs growing on the plants. We are very impressed.

Got my Chicago Fig Tree today, real nice looking tree with plenty of new leaves on it and about 6 new baby figs on it. Nice shaped tree, well wrapped and boxed, instructions for planting inside so this should be an easy tree to grow. The size is about 2 feet high and it was shipped with plenty of moisture to give it a good start. Looking forward to planting this handsome tree tomorrow!

Couldn't be happier. Fig trees arrived healthy with many leaves. Soil was moist. No distress. They continue to thrive.

Do not buy! Plants arrived with rust spots and died within two days. Customer service isn't willing to refund.

I am a bit disappointed as I don't think I received a healthy tree. Upon unboxing it didn't have very many leaves to begin, and most leaves had brown spots or yellowing. It will take a lot of TLC to get this tree going, and I hope it survives as I plan on pruning into a single trunk tree. However, I may have to wait until more growth occurs.

Plant arrived with quite a few brown spots and damaged leaves. The tree itself seems alive and is pushing new growth, but the foliage condition was disappointing for a plant sold as healthy. Some leaves looked stressed and possibly affected before shipping. Hoping it recovers, but I expected better leaf quality on arrival

I very rarely leave reviews. But this time I had to. I was literally debating ordering this fig tree after reading the reviews previously on this item. I did also see the positive reviews too. Happy to say I am very impressed. First off shipping was early. The tree came in and looks fantastic. Typical few rust spots but most leaves are perfect. Larger than expected. Photos are ten minutes after unpacking. If you’re on the fence about ordering go ahead and take the chance. I did and absolutely will order from this seller again. Update…..90 days in. Extremely pleased with this purchase. Fig tree is nearly 6 ft tall after 90 days.

These two plants were amazing! Well packages in a very tall box....and perfectly green and hydrated. Placed in the sun the same day and repotted. They are both growing spectacularly. Will continue to use this supplier!! Very pleased at the price for 2 fig trees!! Well worth it!!
