Good price for an effective laptop. Easy to upgrade. I used the i5 version to create I think over 50 books and publish them on Amazon KDP. I will say however, that I was unaware that there was a version of this machine that did not have a backlit keyboard, until I got this one, but that can be replaced as well.

It was a rocky start, but I'm pleased to say this computer is working as I'd hoped. I just need it for emailing and web browsing and it's working well so far. Processing quickly, battery life is decent.The only challenge was that it wasn't re-set correctly before shipping to me. It is clearly a computer that was part of a companies' fleet of computers (I can see the phantom mark of the label that was next to the keyboard). When I turned it on and started going through the set up, it asked me to add my company email address. After calls to HP, Amazon support, the company of the former owner, a factory reset seems to have fixed it. There are a few scratches and scuffs and a sticky key here or there, but for the price and for how well it's functioning, I'm fine with those.

I've never bought a refurbished laptop so i was iffy but this had the specs I was looking for in a great price point. I've had the laptop for almost 4 months now and it works great! Battery life is decent- not worse or better than most laptops. I do wish the camera quality was better but it is a 2016 model. But it's not a deal breaker for me. We all know cameras on electronics have gotten way better within the last 6 years. The charger that came with the laptop was not the original charger. The charger fried while it was plugged into my husband's computer. Not sure what caused it but I can't say it was a good quality charger. Definitely an after market. Luckily it didnt damage his laptop or catch the house on fire. Otherwise, I've never had any issues with the laptop. The shipping came directly from the seller and I received the laptop within 24 hrs of purchase. I would buy from this seller again. Just be careful of the charger.

Needed a Windows laptop that was fast, had an SSD drive, and in good condition. I had used a similar laptop at work, and was familiar with features and capabilities. I was concerned about the quality of any refurbished laptop, but this one was better than expected. A few minor scratches on the logo on the cover, otherwise without blemish. Other features, including screen, keyboard, and ports, are all in great shape.Machine should do what I need with the operating system that is loaded - plenty of room for other programs and files. Very satisfied.

This laptop is so good that I'm almost afraid to write a review. It is excellent. It's fast and if it hadn't been listed as renewed you would think it was brand new. Not a mark or a blemish. Everything is as stated in the listing and even better than listed. It shipped fast and was packaged perfectly. The only thing I have not figured out is how to turn on the backlit keyboard. I'm very impressed with this company and their product.

Was great at first. In just a few months keyboard quit working.
