Will I need to debur or is this such a clean cut you can go right to the press?

I use it to trim .223 brass. It’s clean enough I go straight to my Dillon 650 from there. No issues. For the money, don’t expect a Giraud equivalent trimmer, but it’s pretty decent. You can achieve pretty consistent, +\- 1 or so thousands of an inch from where you set it. Good enough for my purposes. For competitive bench shooting, you may want more accuracy in your trimming.

Will this work woth 25-06 ?

It should with the correct bushing. I would use the one for 30-06 if there isn't a specific one listed.
