Can you still open your car without removing the key from the pouch?

The answer here is no, the function of the pouch is to prevent the sender unit communicating by radio signal to the receiver unit within the car, the pouch acts like a "Farraday cage" in this respect. The sender module functions when outside the pouch - only!

Does it have a belt loop?

Yes it does have a robust, metal, swivel belt loop. I can not praise this pouch more. It stops my smart car lock operating even when standing next the car whenever the key is properly stowed in the pouch. Just make sure the key is inside the mesh lining and the top folded over to seal.

Does the pouch have two pockets, one for the key when in use and one to protect key when not in use?

I not sure about that, but it is very small and can only hold the remote key, so if u have other keys attached to the remote, they will not fit in

Does this have a belt loop?

No but there is a small chain and key ring hoop attached inside
