I like to have a glass right before bed. I use 2 teaspoons vs. the recommended 2 tablespoons. It still has a nice sweet/tart flavor to it with a little less sugar. Doesn't upset my stomach or have any bad aftertaste. One bottle lasts me around a month. I think it helps with my sleep a little, as well. I'll continue to buy it.

I get this as it helps with aches and pains and helps me sleep at night. The only brand i like the taste of. the price has gotten a bit extreme. tried other brands and they just don't taste as good. sometimes mix Mg powder in with it at night if my legs bother me. tastes a little strong then but helps. i think i used it to make jello once. diluted it with water first and it turned out good.

I really like the tart cherry concentrate I can tell a big difference in my joints in my hands and feet I will be ordering again soon

Good value the 1st time I purchased, but every time I go to order more the price increases. I'm sure it's due to tracking by you know who, that you can't name anything derogatory about or you review gets blocked. Still a better value than you can find in the grocery stores unless you find it on sale. As far as pain relief for joint discomfort, etc., it does help some, but it's not a complete help. I do continue to drink it for maintaining pain and lessening joint discomfort and I can tell some difference if I stop drinking it for a month or so.p

I tried using 30 MLS ( 2 tablespoons) mixed with a glass of orange juice before bed. Was so impressed with the improvement in Sleep that I recommend for anyone! The combine taste of orange juice with this tart cherry juice was tasty and satisfying too. If you’re thinking about using this for Sleep, give it a try.

As a person who has taken ambien 10+ years, I wholeheartedly recommend this Cherry concentrate! I really thought it was going to be just another thing..... IT WORKS! I've been off Ambien for 2 months now and feel much clearer! This is my second order.

I used to be able to buy cherry juice concentrate in a little natural foods store, then I moved and couldn't find it anywhere. This is a different brand than I used to buy, but it is every bit as good and a similar price. I add this to ice water (sparkling or still) for a refreshing drink any time of the day. Cherry juice helps with sleep (it contains something that helps your body produce melatonin) so I usually have a spoonful before bedtime. It tastes wonderfully like fresh cherries, and is very good drizzled over vanilla ice cream too :)

If you are looking for tart cherry concentrate, you just found it. I use this after long endurance workouts because of the amount of potassium in it. I blend it with some protein powder, frozen fruit and almond milk. Really adds a nice punch to the smoothie.

I have always had trouble sleeping and have found this product works very well. I still wake up but find going back to sleep easy and extremely dream filled. Would recommend giving it a try. Always check the labels and compare product ingredients to make sure you are getting the Montmorency cherries.
