Definitely recommend it
Arrived in time. Value for money. I was looking and looking for weeks to find something affordable and good quality and finally found it. The sink is having a reasonable size. I will strongly recommend it. Very happy with the purchase!!!

Amazing after sales
For me the litmus test of a good seller is after sales support. After about almost 2 years the tap started leaking. I contacted the seller asking the size. They asked for a video etc then said this was still in warranty and supplied me with a tap free of charge. The toilet otherwise has been working just fine. I would certainly recommend.

hassel free installation
Superb product. very sturdy. easy to install. There is a lack of installation instructions, the only ones being for the tap and unfortunately they are for a different tap. Also the flush button could do with an installation advice as it isn't apparent that the unit splits to allow fitting into the sink. Installation of the flexible water pipes is made easier by removing the syphon which takes no more than 30 seconds. These are just minor details and the product still deserves top marks

Arrived with damage!
Bought this as liked the design and suited the size of the small toilet we have. Unfortunately after fitting we kept finding a puddle around it each morning. After checking the plumbing and spending more money on different fittings it became apparent there was a hairline crack on both sides of the pan, meaning it would weep water slowly over time and if not discovered it could flood the room if we were away for a day or two. Contacted plumbworld for replacement only to have the slowest response to emails I think I've ever had in my life, takes at least a week to get a response. NOT A HAPPY BUNNY!
