is this riser the right one for my AR-15 sport

This riser allows perfect co-witness with a Bushnell TRS-25 Red Dot and iron sights. So depending on what sight you're using then this could be the right one for your M&P 15 Sport.

Will this work with Ruger mini 14 tactical?

From what I've read on Ruger's site, the Mini 14 Tactical model has the typical proprietary scope mount notches machined into the receiver, as all their "ranch rifles" have for some time now. Those only accept the rings that should have been included with your rifle. However, the receiver is also drilled and tapped, and a Picatinny rail is also included with the rifle. If you install that Picatinny rail to the receiver, then you can use these risers, or anything else that mounts to a Picatinny rail. If you bought the rifle used, then you can probably obtain any Picatinny rail of proper length and screw hole placement. Just measure the distance between the holes. It's probably industry standard, unlike the scope mount notches.

Will this work for a vortex venom red dot?

Don't own a Cortez, but I used this with a Primary Arm Red dot. If your Red Dot mounts onto a rail it should mount on this riser.

Will this absolute cowitness or low 1/3 an aimpoint h1 2 moa on a colt le6920?

Mounted a Bushnell trs 25 and using Daniel defense fixed back up sights it’s a absolute cowitness. I got the .83 height so if your looking for lower 1/3 you may need something a little taller but also depends on the sights your trying to run
