what brand of ink converter will this pen take?

I use a blunt syringe too refill ink into the pen. The ink I use is Carbon Black Platinum... You can buy blunt syringes on Azn or elsewhere... Good luck!!!

How should you store this pen? Dies the ink last longer stored horizontally?

I stored it with the tip down for 2 days and most of the ink went into the tip and overflowed into the cap.

Has anyone tried this pen with watercolor? Would i be able to use watercolors in my art after the ink has dried? I'm afraid of the ink bleeding.

I have tried this pen with watercolors and had no issues. I used bristol board when I did this, may want to give the ink a good amount of hours to set before testing it out. If you look in the description, it does say that the ink IS permanent and water/ fade resistant, so unless you go super crazy with the water to the point the paper is coming apart, you should be just fine :)

How quickly do the cartridges run out? How long before the pen itself wears out?

I don't know how long the cartridge lasts. You can't tell how much ink you have because the sides of the cartridges always show black ink on them. No idea how long till the pen brush bristles wear out either. I used it once, don't plan on using it anymore since the ink isn't solid black. It's quite faded when applied to paper.
