The best for watering potted plants
These are fantastic. They shower a gentle cone that is perfect, soft, even, high flow. They head screws off easily so you can rinse any sediment out and keep it flowing perfectly. They come in different โdrop countโ as well.

Makes watering easier
These watering wands are great if you have decent water pressure. Easy to use and gentler on the plants. They also take less time (for me) to water deeply.

love these watering wands
Update for third order: it came with a thumb lever, not the pistol handle as pictured, and as my two previous wands. I'm disappointed, I did like the squeeze handle so I can easily turn it off between pots. I'm not returning it and I'll give it a try and see if I get used to the new mechanism but I *hate* it when amazon shows me one product and sends me something different. Come on, guys! I'm not taking off a star but it's thin ice here! (the second one got sort of frozen onto the coil hose after many years in the greenhouse and there's a leak, probably in the coil house, so it was moved outside) Second order review: This is my second one - the first one got left outside when it froze and the lever mechanism broke inside. I love these for watering the bajillion pots in the greenhouse, from tiny starts to 8' trees. It provides a nice gentle rain but a good flow, doesn't leak, is easy to use, not awkwardly long, but still I don't have to get way over close to the plants. I have another one I use outside in the garden. The gentle-rain spray action only works with a certain level of water pressure. The handle is great for on-off, and you can press a little for low, but the water will sort of dribble out. This is what I do for small starts - not ideal but it's still convenient to do everything with one sprayer. However, this model comes with a fairly large head (my old Dramm had a smaller one), which is too large for the water pressure in the greenhouse. The heads screw off so I am currently using my old head on the greenhouse sprayer. The larger head size is great for the garden where the water pressure is higher.

Would be Great for Light Home Use
The inner mechanism of the trigger broke around a week in for me, and the water no longer turns off. To be fair I got this for work (commerical production facility) where we water hundreds of plants twice a day. We probably got 50,000 individual uses out of that little button and sent like 75,000 gallons through this wand before it broke. So thats probably plenty for most people. If you're looking for a rainwand to use and abuse tho, get the one from this brand with the other kind of switch. I bought that immediately after this broke (maybe like December?) and it hasn't failed us yet. Plus these are cute! Yay colors!

Great initial quality. Excellent watering wand.
Excellent initial quality. The orange color is true to the pictures: nice bright metallic finish. Fit and finish appear excellent. No leaks at connection. In use, this wand has been impressive. High flow with a gentle spray at the same time. The "touch n flow" handle-operated valve feels solid and engages positively, almost like an on off switch. This makes it a bit harder to modulate flow between 0 and full. Based this operation combined with the high flow rate, one potential issue for those with many small or full pots is that it can quickly overflow pots. Thankfully, it's not high flow AND high pressure, so it does not blast dirt out of pots or blast mulch from around plantings. It replaces a Melnor "gentle rain" wand which cracked at the connection and began leaking profusely. Comparing the two, the dramm is clearly a step up. The dramm wand flows more water, but at a more gentle pressure. The on/off valve also feels much more solid and the handle is slightly more comfortable. Impressive watering tool so far; if it can hold up for at least a full year, then it was worth paying double what the Melnor cost me. I will update with any problems that arise. Hope this review helps.

Begins to leak after only a couple Months of normal use.
While this is a great product in terms of ergonomics and function, the durability is poor. This valve and almost all other Dramm valves begin to leak from the pin under the handle. There is no obvious way to repair or replace whatever gasket is going bad. And a lifetime warranty that doesn't cover "wear and tear" isn't really a lifetime warranty.

A very useful garden tool
I use this watering wand daily to water my garden and various containers. The adjustable nozzle is easy to turn, even with water flowing through it. The design and build quality are superb and this watering wand will last for many years. I'm glad I purchased this wand and I recommend it to all other gardeners. This is a good watering tool.

This new version is terrible
Something has changed on these Wanda and it is not good. I bought this less than 2 months ago and itโs already malfunctioning. We started using a couple of these at the garden center I work at and those broke within 2 weeks. Mine doesnโt stop flowing. The button just sticks in the open position. Iโm lucky because the ones at my work leak like crazy from that same button. I have a short one that I purchased a year ago and it still works great. They must have changed a component and itโs failing.

Great Watering Wand โ Easy to Use & Good Reach
This watering wand works really well and makes watering plants much easier. The extended reach is perfect for hanging baskets and garden beds without straining. It has a nice, even spray and is easy to control. The handle is comfortable to hold and it feels sturdy overall. A simple but very useful gardening tool.

Gentle, high flow watering
High flow, but still gentle on plants. Had to use lots of thread tape when inserting threaded hose connector to prevent leaking at base
