Does it make thin or thick arepas? The top comes out crispy or not?

We had the same bad experience. Tried to make arepas for the first time and the temperature is too low to cook or make them çrispy. The return window was August 24,2019....this product is clearly not capable to do the job....cook arepas. We are really disappointed
