I love this product line! I use many of their products. This one is no different.

I love the energy boost that I get from this powder. It takes be through an hour long intense workout and still leaves me energized instead of spent. It takes a bit to dissolve - I put it in my water bottle and shake it up every 10 minutes or so until it's fully dissolved. If the water is cold, that can take up to 30 minutes. It is a little bitter tasting, so get the capsules if that will bother you.

I had high hopes for this product. I usually get good results with Pure products. But this one was just gross. It clumped up in whatever liquid - cold or hot - that I put it in. If I stirred it then there would be a foamy ring. It made using it kind of gross. So I gave up. And, of course, they don’t accept returns. I did order capsules instead. Probably a better choice unless you like grainy, frothy, clumpy supplements.

If I take this before I run I don’t have to fight as hard to get through the second half of my run. It’s a tasteless powder that truly doesn’t have any additives to it which is incredibly rare for a workout supplement these days.There’s another brand (Naked bcaa) that claims directly on the label no additives and when you look at the ingredients.. it has an additive, it has Lecithin.This brand has nothing that’s why it’s great.💯 recommend this for anyone who needs additional protein and remember bcaa’s can work like magic but you need to put the big effort as well, help these bcaa’s help you

This tastes awful, I love these products but will never purchase this ever again because the taste is so gross. I am disappointed in this product

I have tardive dyskenthesia from a pharmecutical I took for years. It makes my jaws move cross wise instead of up and down. There is, on the web, a NIH research paper that recommends bcaa's for this problem. My psych was brilliant enough to know about that. It works but I do have to keep dosing; it is not something that goes away permanently though I am off the drug.

This product is tasteless. I add it to my protein coffee every morning (cold brew, almond milk and protein powder). I shake it up in a Blender bottle and have no issues with clumping, floating to the top, etc. that other customers are complaining about. The container says serving size is 1 round scoop (approximately 3.3g). Based on my food scale, a scoop (just filled to the top, not rounded) weighs over 4 grams. In order to get the approximate amount of servings in each container (68) you will have to measure the product and not rely on the scoop. I've only been using this product for a few days, so I am not going to comment on the effectiveness.
