Adaptable to nearly any firepit application
My goal was to replace a small propane grill we use in the RV. It's small but we needed smaller. I wanted something portable, foldable, stainless and bagged. This promised to be all that.We took it with us and used it effectively in two 'wheel hub' fire rings of different sizes. Then, we used it on the ground over a pile of charcoal. This thing is sturdy, the legs come off for complete cleaning. It's simple as hell and packs in a small vinyl briefcase pouch that zips shut.I read reviews about chemical pouch smells....not for me..and who cares?! it's the grill that matters and that grate is simply GREAT. If you are looking for something super small and packable that adapts to any fire situation for cooking ... this is it. FYI - the pouch smells like fire and charcoal if you burn off and dump a dirty grate into it ... but keeps everything CLEAN next to it. Again, who cares? It's not for backpacking ... a bit too large. You can fit two large steaks and potatoes on it. We cooked 7 alum foil fish packets on it at the beach.I thought the legs falling off was a problem until I realized it made cleaning easier and the whole grate so simple it will NEVER break.

Good camping grill
This held up well in the fire pit. I put my cast iron pan and my percolator on it overtop the fire. It traveled well and was very portable and I liked the carrying case. It fit inside my camping tote. Very easy to assemble, just unfold and stand up. Very good appearance. I would recommend packing oven mitts because everything does get hot. Remember it was just in the fire.

STAINLESS, not painted, for the win!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a 24" steel grill to throw over fire rings when camping with a crowd, wanted something smaller and stainless - look how many products here are painted and sort of fine-print that they're just for pots and pans? Or burn off the toxic paint and then you'll have rust. This is stainless and cleans up pretty well. It's really very sturdy and folds up to a compact size. I like the adjustable height, you can get a bed of coals going and get this close to the fire for hot searing. The bag seems OK, but you're probably not gonna stick this in the bag before getting home and giving it a serious scrub, but good for storage. I just wrap this in a towel to get it home.My only issue is the legs can fold very easily if you try to move the grill and push it a bit. Something to get used to that could be a bit of a disaster... I'd say a bit of a design flaw, but for the price and utility of this thing, I think it's a great value.

This is a very nice grill. It's stable and easy to set up, use, clean and pack.
This grill is just the right size for canoe camping and the carrying case makes it clean and easy to pack and store.

Game Changer! Super Helpful!
This campfire grill was kind of an impulse buy. We wanted to make sure we could cook using a Dutch over regardless of the campfire ring set up. This saved our bacon when the campfire pit provided by the campground did not fit our Dutch oven. This was WELL worth the money spent. It is durable, strong/stable, portable, and made with high quality steel for this purpose. Super easy to set up and put away in the tidy bag too. It fit our cookware perfectly as well as having ample space to keep smaller items warm! A new camping necessity! SO glad we bought it!

Great grate.
Love this thing. Excellent as a stand alone fire pit as well as a good grill for the hobo dinners :)

Excellent Grill
What made me purchase this grill is its ability to change heights. Over the years I have purchased a few stoves and fought with its ability to balance a pan or pot on it. This grill has about 5 different height adjustments and fit perfectly for my rocket stove sitting at 6” with the small butane attached. The grill is very sturdy and folds up nicely. Came with a perfect little bag for storage and keeping your stuff clean. I highly recommend this grill for small back packing trip or tailgate coffee.

I love it
This product is perfect for my needs. I take it vehicle camping, so after a night of grilling, having the carry bag is great so that if I don't do a great job of cleaning the grill before putting it back in my Jeep the storage bag keeps my other gear clean. It folds flat, so it takes up almost no space in my Jeep. Also, the size is great, allowing me to cook several steaks and chicken breasts, enough for 3 or 4 people at a single time; but small enough it's not ridiculous for me to cook something just for myself. I like that it is stainless steel because I have had grills rust in the past, and I hate rust. I just clean it good when I get home and so I fully expect this will last a very long time. I don't foresee it breaking either because the mechanism for the fold out legs is extremely simple, with no small parts to break or bend. It's fairly fool proof. I have owned several of these camp grills over the years, and the fact that I purchased yet another one should tell you about how much I liked those. I would buy this again.
