Can this work with 1 or 2 uvc (germicidal) 18w 4 pin lamps?

Why is it that the title reads icf-2s18-h1ld, and that is what i want, but the picture of the product reads icf-2s26-h1-ld? are they compatible?

You will get the ICF-2S18-H1LD. Another seller must have put the wrong picture. And we only ship the ballast not the accessories as shown in the picture. Only the ballast will ship from us without the plate and wires.

Can I use wires on my existing ballast and splice this ballast in by soldering the wires together and using wire nuts? Are there wiring instructions?

The wiring schematic is on the top of the ballast. You can use the existing wiring as long as it is sold core. You just push them into the correct color self locking hole in the end of the ballast.
