Why does amazon suck at descriptions and require me to ask how to size a product they sell?

It's not Amazon in this case. It's Tingley. I ordered 2 similar Tingley Rubber stretch overshoes. I wear a 9.5. I got this one that fits 8-9.5 and it fits fine. I also ordered TINGLEY Rubber 2300 Original Hi-Top Rubber Ankle Overshoe in Large (12-12.5) and they were too tight and I had to struggle to put them on. I had to read a bunch of customer reviews to get a sense of it.

Will these work for size 13 6'' timberland boots?

I think you will need a bigger size.I have 10 1/2 eee Carolinas and the 13 size fits great

I usually wear shoe size 9 us and foot width 3e or more. Which size should I choose?

Don’t get the larger size, I got the 9.5-11 and it is like having boats on my men’s 9 wide width shoes, there is 2” of space in the toe and at least an inch on the sides

Where are these manufactured?

I have a pair of Tingley rubbers just like these. Bought them around 2012, on bottom reads "Made in Mexico".
