Did not work very long at all ordered 2 but still same issue

bought the item on Feb 25th and about a week ago open it up and used it 1 time and now try to use it again and doesn't work even when i try to charge the batter it still doesn't work bad item not recommended to anyone

I bought one of these and gave it as a gift. It is okay;not great, but okay. I also bought the warranty and it is a sham. Since I wouldn't buy the warranty again I wouldn't buy tyhe unit either.

Does pick up well

It does good on wood floors but Not carpet.i wish I would of know. I want one that does both .

Has very little suctioning power and the drive system doesn't work right after only 3 or 4 uses. Goes around and around in circles and doesn't hold charge long at all. Don't waste your money.

It only goes one direction. And in one small area of the room (about 3 feet). I would not recommend this product!

I got this little robotic vacuum to cut down on how much I had to sweep, and it does alright on hardwood floors. It's nice to be able to push a button and head to work so it can do its thing picking up little crumbs and dirt. BUT...it doesn't do anything for rugs (and I'm going to guess it's no good on carpets either). It doesn't pick up anything big, which is to be expected. and it inevitably gets stuck in a corner or under a chair…every single time. Just once, I'd like for it to run out of juice in the middle of the floor so I can just pick it up and plug it in instead of engaging in hide-and-seek to find the thing.
