Just What I Needed
I had to repair the front brick house steps. Some of the cement had come from between the brick and it looked really bad. These places also had the potential to hold water and if it froze later in the year the brick would have popped loose. This stuff was great. I was able to repair all of the crevices and spaces between the brick and it matched the original cement exactly. I was really surprised because the original cement was 15 years old. You can't even tell where I patched several gapped areas of various sizes between the brick. I cut the tip at a slant which was really helpful when applying the mortar repair. Using the slanted tip made application easy between the brick without getting excess on the brick. I was able to actually just use my finger to smooth it out, make the curved trowel indentation between the brick and have it meet the brick and other mortar. Good stuff.

Great product- just damaged
Received 3 tubes of Quickcre mortar repair shipping container in good shape, but 1 tube had a small hole and content dried out.

Color doesn’t match
They have changed the color of this product. I have used it previously and was very happy as it blended with the existing mortar. I ordered it again and it came in a different package. The color dries to look like caulk and looks horrible on my existing mortar. It still seals well, but I cannot put this on my house. Very disappointed they changed a great product.

Worked perfectly

Does what it says
Used this for our chimney after a piece blew off and cracked after a wind storm. Worked well and the piece is still holding strong.

Fantastic Product
Recommend 100% I fixed my chimney bricks myself before the winter hit and cause bigger issues. I don't have a lot of strength in my hands I used pliers to twist the tube. The size of the tube's surprised me much bigger than I thought. I thought 3 tube's would be to much but I kept finding more cracks than the obvious really bad ones. Saved my self a fortune on repairs I would have needed in the future.
