These chili peppers are excellent. The bag is resealable to keep them fresh for a long time and the chilies themselves are so potent and tasty!! They are smaller than other varieties I’ve had in the past, but they did add the exact spice i was looking for. I also see the smaller size as a benefit because you don’t need as many to get the same taste! So impressed, will definitely purchase again.

The dried peppers arrived in excellent condition—high‑quality and well packaged. I used them to whip up a condiment sauce, and the result was both flavourful and pleasantly spicy. Their heat builds slowly, lingering with a mild, numbing finish that’s stronger than I anticipated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Looks good but watch out for the best before date
The product look nice and tasty and I was planning on using one bag to make my own chili oil and keep another bag for later. Unfortunately, I have received a batch that was set to expire in less than 10 days when it should last for several months. I hopefully managed to get a refund from Amazon because of this. That was in Quebec/Canada. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars.

Very small chilies. About the 1/4 the size of the last brand i bought. Makes for a lot of extra work when de-seeding.
