A FUN WAY TO LEARNING CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS AND BONDING WITH CHILD
Thinking critically for children 3 to 5 years old and having fun learning. I got this for a three-year-old and believe there are found some pages she can solve and some that are a little harder. We will start a little at a time with the easiest ones. This is a great way to learn what the drawings of people, places, and things are and a wonderful way to bond with the child. Will save the four to five-year-old ones for next year, etc. I highly recommend this for teachers, parents, and grandparents. The first three years of life are an extraordinary and vital part of child development. They understand concepts like โsameโ and โdifferentโ and recognize familiar shapes. They also develop many other skills like speaking sentences in four words or more and motor skills.

Amazing practice
This book is SO good for thinking skills, I only helped my daughter read as she does not know how to yet and let her do all the thinking without help, I believe I only had to give her one or two hints. But I LOVE this book! It was not just an average little workbook, it went beyond in the thinking skills. I would and will highly recommend this for any other homeschoolers but if any teachers are looking at this it is a great workbook for your classroom.

Mixed levels
As a retired psychologist I bought this book for my bright 4 year old granddaughter. I found it to be a mixed bag. Some of the activities are just right and some are quite vague and not well written and too difficult. Be prepared to sift through the pages and choose carefully the ones you use.

To solve the tasks your kids need to be thinking, thinking and thinking more...
I bought this activity book for my four years old son without knowing what to expect. For those who don't know what thinking skills mean here is a list of tasks covered: 1- does it belong? (in a big picture find objects that does not look right within the context) 2- categorize the similar objects in a row, find the odd one 3-Align objects with another that has a similarity (toy and a toy box etc) 4-Find the two same objects among similar looking objects. 5-What comes next(solve the pattern of a series and find what is to follow) 6-Find the sequence of the objects (three events are pictured and the task is to find which is the earliest and what comes later) 7-Match colors and shapes 8-Find an object or person in a picture by looking at a description (Jake has a flower and Matt is the one next to him etc.) 9-Basic counting skills 10-Coloring small areas according to the color coded letter that is in it. 11-Match a solution to a question (multiple solutions and questions are given and you need to match which is the answer for which question) 12-Finding the relation between two objects As you can see, it is a very comprehensive collection of various activities and some are really tough. Although it says it is for 3-5 years olds. I as an adult need to think for a few moments to be able to answer some of the tasks. It is highly challenging but a wide range of ages can find it interesting and educating. But parents should be helping the kid and be careful not to let him get discouraged upon failing a task. For a full color 64 page well constructed activity book a price tag of $3.5 is a real bargain as well. Recommended...

Great Workbook!
My 5 year enjoys doing his homework in the afternoons before dinner. We received this book on June 27th, and it is July 10th. We are almost done with it! A couple more days and we will be finished. The book is easy enough for my child to understand, but he does need help as he does not know how to read yet. It has become a good afternoon distraction, to avoid TV time while I am cooking dinner. I will be looking for more learning books if anyone has any recommendations!

It was fun
My 5 year old daughter finished the whole book in a few hours. It wasn't very challenging for her but she enjoyed it. So if your child is bored of coloring and tracing activities, this book offers other kind of exercises. Bonus, it has a completion certificate in the last page which made my daughter proud.
