How many days can these pots go without watering? Good for a 2-week vacation?

Lasts 7–12 days depending on size & plant. 4–6" pots store water for 7–10 days; 7–12" pots last 9–12 days. For a 2-week trip, fill to max & saturate wick fully before leaving.

How do I pick the right size and best spot for my plants?

Choose a pot 1-2" wider than the root ball. For tall or top-heavy plants, size up for stability. Match size to root depth: deeper for Snake Plants, shallower for Succulents. Place in ventilated areas to ensure airflow and prevent root rot.

Which plant types suit these sizes and their ideal indoor spots?

Use 4-6" for Succulents/Herbs/Pothos/Violets on shelves/desks/windowsills; 8-10" for Snake Plants/Monsteras on floors. Place in bright, indirect light for best growth

How can I check the water level in this inner-pot system?

Two easy ways: 1. Lift the inner pot to check the outer reservoir. 2. Feel the weight—light means refill time. Use the watering lip for easy top-offs.

Is the plastic BPA-free for herbs? Does standing water cause root rot?

Yes, our pots use BPA-free plastic, safe for herbs. Pro tip: Let the reservoir dry 1–2 days occasionally to cycle water and keep the growing environment breathable.
