ENCASED LolliLockit Magnetic Grip Car Mount for Pop Phone Holder, Dash/Window Socket Attachment by LolliLocket (Patent Pending)

I purchased this dash mount because I already have a pop socket. I have tried other dash mounts in the past and they have broken, so I figured I would give this a try. So far I am impressed. First the section cup that goes to the surface is sticky and that is good because it helps with helping the punt to stay in place. Second, the two screws that are used to tighten the different parts are good because they tighten well, and it’s been 24 hours and they haven’t loosened up. With other mounts I guess the heat/cold make the screws unloose. This one is great and the grip is good. The metal ring was easy to apply to my phone. However the 3 tape did not hold long. I have an iPhone XR and it’s a heavy phone, So I can see it not Holding it up long. I used the same glue that I used to hold my pop socket to my phone, Fabric glue, and it has held perfectly. I am pleased with the magnetic suction that holds my phone. Other than having to glue the metal ring this mount is perfect. Oh!! And the best part, it has a LIFETIME WARRANTY!! This is pretty awesome for the price. You have to register the warranty as soon as you get the product. I hope I never have to use the warranty but the fact that they even offer it, and care that I am satisfied is great customer service. So overall the reason I gave 4 stars was because of having to glue the metal ring to my phone, but I don’t think any adhesive would have helped because now-a-days every phone is so heavy!! This is probably the first review I've ever left on amazon. This thing is amazing. I bought it not know if it was going to work for me or not because of the layout of my car. But as soon as I unpacked it I was surprised by every aspect of it. First thing I noticed is that the suction cup has a sticky ring around the edge so I was able to stick it to my dashboard. Which solved my first problem, as sticking it to the window would have made finding the right spot difficult. Second I noticed that the metal ring that you put on your phone has 2 notches so that it slides around your pop socket without you having to take it off. It also has a black AND a white metal ring. All of those tiny little quality of life things are why I gave this a 5 star rating. Not to mention the fact that so far this thing is SOLID. They are always doing construction on my way to work and the roads are super bumpy. My phone bounces a few millimeters and that's it. If this wasn't going to work for me I was going to give it to my girlfriend. But I told her she needs to buy her own now.

This is perfect for me.im going to be honest I didn't use the suction cup at all. I have my own suction cup from my mouth and the ball fits perfectly into it and after reading all the reviews about the suction cup I didn't even want to bother. But this is very universal with any suction cup that has the ball insert and it definitely solved my problem of having to take my case off each and every time because of the popsocket. Plus it's easier than a regular amount anyway since its magnatic you don't have to mess with opening and closing grips. My phone is very big in fairly heavy and it did a fantastic job of holding it never fell! Update: okay so I had to drop one of the Stars, this is because the adhesive strip that comes with the metal ring doesn't do a good enough job of staying on. The adhesive strip came off after a few days and then kept falling off. I did solve this problem by simply buying double sided mounting tape and cutting it into a circle now it's holding fine but I had to point out that out for buyers. So the magnetism is great which is the most important thing. I don't know about the suction cup because I still haven't used it in mine works wonderful, but that he civ sucks so just be where you might have to replace the adhesive yourself.

Many of the reviews focus on the window mount part, but since I took the cup part and put it onto a different bracket, I can't review the whole overall holder. But I can review how it sticks to the phone. It's awful. If you only drive on super smooth roads, it's probably fine, but if you drive on bumpy roads or dirt roads, the magnets are not strong enough to keep a phone attached. You have to install the metal ring for the case to work. If you have a magmount (removable) popsocket, you still have to install the metal ring. While it does allow a popsocket to mount without removing it, there are plenty of others mounts that have an open center that the popsocket will also work with. Back to that metal ring. Even with the magmount popsocket, if you don't have the ring installed, it won't stick. After the phone dropping off again and again while driving down a dirt road, I finally threw this in the garbage and bought a different phone mount. I picked up an Lisen magmount holder. The center is open so the popsocket fits great. You do NOT need to install an extra ring (if you have the magmount popsocket, or if you have a magmount case and the popsocket is centered in the ring). The magnet is super strong and the phone is very secure. I've driven down a bunch of dirt roads and the phone no longer falls off. So, while this phone holder was a good idea, the execution wasn't good. The magnets are just too weak for the phone to be secure.

Good idea and concept worked well for one trip but them stopped staying stick to window

You receive 1.) The mount (which contains the magnet) and 2.) A couple metal rings which adhere to the back of your phone case. They slip over your existing PopSocket (no need to remove the PopSocket to install). The metal ring that you adhere over/around your PopSocket is what sticks to the magnet in the mount. It doesn't interfere with ApplePay or anything. Its just a thin metal ring. The mount is VERY sturdy and attaching the phone to the mount and removing it is very easy and there is a strong connection. When driving, you dont get any bounce or feeling like its going to fall off. You only get 2 metal rings to start. My big question was, I have a battery case and a light weight case that I change out for my phone depending on my need. My partner also uses my truck so he would need to be able to attach his phone. Plus I was thinking about the future; what if I bought a new case? So I emailed their customer service (they provided a card inside the box with an email address for any questions) and within a day they responded back with a link where you could buy additional rings if you needed: encased.com/?post_type=product&s=lolli+Lockit Hopefully that link that I just included will be allowed for this review. I love how easy it is to pop my phone in and out of this thing. Before it was always a struggle to get my phone to fit into the spring loaded ones, and even then you had to worry that your phone would go flying off the holder if you didn't get it in there just right. It took me a few tries to get this to actually stick to my windshield, but once it did it hasn't moved. I'm finding it hard to tighten the end of it that attaches to your phone enough so that your phone doesn't slowly droop down over your car ride, but that's just a small thing so I'm not knocking off a star for it. The magnet is really strong and I'm not worried that it wont hold my phone. This is definitely worth the money. -- I am updating my review 3 years after the fact to really encourage people to buy this. I have used it consistently ever since I bought it and only very recently the sticky part on the suction cup no longer sticks to my windshield. I registered my product on the company's website back in 2019 when I received this, and just received a free replacement of the entire unit from the company after filing a claim. I'm sure I'll get at least another 3 years out of the new one. Definitely worth the money.

The arm itself is fairly sturdy and the suction cup holds well, but the adhesive metal disk that attaches to the back of the phone case melts because of the heat of being in the windshield. I'm not talking about leaving the phone in the car- I'm talking about while you are driving, at least if you are driving in Summer in Florida. The pack comes with two adhesive metal disks. On the first metal disk, I thought it was just that the adhesive wasn't strong enough. Every time I connected it to the mount, the metal disk would pull off the back of the phone and try to stay on the mount. After a half dozen tries at sticking it back on the phone, I gave up and actually ordered a new phone case with a smoother back, thinking the adhesive would stick better. I used the second adhesive metal disk, and the first time I pulled it off the mount, the disk stayed on the mount, not the phone. I stuck it back on, and it stayed for a while, but while I was driving, the adhesive melted and my phone fell off the mount while the metal disk stayed attached to the mount. Of course I did not figure any of this out until after the return time had expired, so now I am going to either order a different type of mount, or figure out if I can superglue the darned metal disk to the phone case.

Sticks great to the windsheild, but the magnets so much stronger than the sticky side of the metal ring attached to my phone, that it pulls the ring off each time i use it. And if your popsocket isnt directly in the middle, the phone tilts to the side. So i guess screw us LG phone users, cause the fingerprint scanner makes that impossible. *super glue the ring on, and its an amazing product"

Wow! Been after a phone mount for the longest time , we can't use vent ones anymore as ours are 360 turn and move so easily with heavy phones (s10 + samsung a71) We've tried over 3 diffrent window ones with such bad luck poor suction/ only lasts a day or jumps off the window mid drive ! Quite frankly dangerous Took a risk with this also read a comment and someone mentioned disc magnets so i assumed it'd cover the design on the pop socket The magnet is a ring and to my surprise comes with 2! One black 1 white , perfect for myself and partners phones also win that i could also mount mine if needed as we both use popsockets now! This mount is the strongest thing I've ever seen like get the placement right first time cus you ain't moving it afterwards without pulling your window too 🤣 Absolutely amazing product was worth the gamble and was worth investing in pop sockets to go along with this! Absolutely brilliant!!

Handy hält zuverlässig auch Offroad. Aber der Halter an sich lockert sich bei starker Hitze von der Armatur. Hier muss man die Fläche dann neu reinigen und ihn wieder anbringen. Oder bei 30 grad nicht in der Sonne parken.
