I take this before Zumba dance class and it provides smooth, energy & I seem happier. Tastes good. Easy to use. I've lost weight taking only once a day. It has helped me while fasting as a detox. I do pour water as I pour Slimquick because the powder floats & it's to much to inhale. Pouring water pulls more of the powder down. Overall it's perfect for me. I preferred the gummies but they don't seem to be available anymore.

For reference I'm 41, exercise 4 days a week and originally had about 15 pounds that was/is very reluctant to go away. I'm someone who can stick to an (you name it I've tried it) Diet plan & I won't see 1 pound come off for at least a month. I saw faster results than usual with this Slimquick. I stuck with clean eating (about 1200-1300 calories daily) and did lose 2 pounds a week for the 1st month for a total of 8 pounds but after that I stopped seeing results. I still drink it because I like the green tea benefits & it helps keep the water weight off. I would not say this does much as an appetite suppressant but it gives a little boost of energy without jitteriness. However, those sensitive to caffeine may want to stay away. As for the taste, well that took some getting used to. The flavor is okay it's just very artificially sweet. If knowing that you think you may not care for the drink then I recommend the Slimquick pills that have the same ingredients. This product is not magic; what diet supplement is? Eating right is a must but it does enhance your efforts. Overall I'm giving this 4 stars because I saw some success with this and others with more cooperative metabolisms may find it works better or longer than it did for me.

These did adjust my appetite, a little, but not as much as other brands that I have used. It is very easy to just dump the mixture into the water to make the drink. The price is OK for what you are getting.

I had been, and still am, using another brand but they keep having inventory issues. As such, I looked for another that had appetite suppressant qualities. I'm not interested in energy, it's just a side effect of the caffeine. My point is, do look at the labels closely as some imply they are for "dieting" but are only suppling B vitamins and/or electrolytes. This has both overlapping ingredients to the other brand, and has some different ingredients. I find I respond to SlimQucik just a bit better and it's a tad less expensive but we are talking .03 - .05 cents per packet. I eat twice a day, 11 am and 5 pm. I use it starting anywhere from 9 am to 10 am until 10:30 am, to help me keep on my schedule. When things are really bad, I use both brands at the same time. I always use a large coffee cup, I'm guessing about 1.5 measured cups, and add ice. I sip it, not guzzle it, and if there's any leftover come 10:30, I put it in the frig to add to the next day, or sometimes in the afternoon if things are bad. So many things affect hunger and it's not pleasant to have to pay for this help but I'd rather that than lose control. I have lost weight, about 2 pounds a week. I eat a low carb, high protein, diet. I've been doing this for years, but often ate too much, this helps me not do that.

I started taking this 4 days ago and I'm already down 4 pounds! I also have not been taking quite as much as the directions say to take, I have only been drinking two of these a day. One in the morning with a light breakfast and one after lunch. I love the energy it gives me (after two kids and my mini zoo I need energy) The only thing that throws me off is how sweet it is. I'm not sure if its because I do not drink pop or anything sweet that it tastes so sweet to me or that its just REALLY sweet but some mornings I have to water it down a bit to finish it (I have gotten more use to the taste though). I bought this to try and lose a quick 10-15 pounds before summer and so far it seems to be working. I don't think it does much to suppress my appetite though but then again my problem is I'm a bored eater. But so far so good!

The mixed berry tastes HORRIBLE!! I wish I could return it! Stick with the tangerine or pink lemonade! I buy those two flavors all the time but thought I would try the mixed berry since the pink lemonade will take to long to ship. What a big mistake! So disappointed!
