This is the best back brace I have ever bought! I love how it supports the back firmly and lets you adjust it as needed. It has helped me with sciatica pain, back pain, over all pelvic pain. I would definitely buy again. Would love if it sold at an xl size for my husband.

I've used other back braces and they would curled down or it was sewed poorly with the velcro not maches up. The velcro would rub on my skin or snag my clothes. I've been using this now for seveal days it give me great support. Made very well the only thing I would say the sizing runs alittle small for the OSFM. I'm a size 12 and it fits me good if you are larger it may not fit you.

This brace is great! It definitely helps my back when lifting heavy objects. It helps to keep the back straight if that mays sense! Definitely worth getting and using if you are lifting heavy or big items!

I use this exclusively for long bicycle rides. Provides great support, yet comfortable. Can't tell I'm wearing it under my shirt. No more back pain. Thank you!

Tore a muscle in my lower back which was flaring my sciatica, so I decided to try a brace and this one came up. I am not a small person, but my waist is smaller than 50 inches, so I assumed the OSFM would fit me, but it barely fits and is pretty tight. That being said, it has helped me walk around with less pain and has kept my spine straight which has helped healing, but I can't wear it for very long because of how tight it is.

The picture on this review shown is not what mine looks like, but that said it has a nice snug fit, completely adjustable for your comfort. It helps my back feel more stable when lifting heavy objects from side to side, it will protect your connective tissues from your glutes to your spine as well

What is needed and the necessary material to give user a good and firm fitting was not even considered by the maker of this item.

Finally my wait is over ,i've had a Muller back brace before recomended by my physio ,years ago but it was wearing out ,so i took the plunge and ordered a different drand,what a dissapointment they were ok but the wrap around straps were not up to standard ,and the so called velcro type sticky straps were not very secure so i went and ordered Again The Muller Back Brace, and one size fits all proper Velcro wrap arond straps that Don't come off no gaps in the straps ,sorry this is long winded but happy again al last . ps The Order deos take a long time to come through so be patient
