Do these keep your glasses up so your mask doesn’t make them fog up?

Keeping your glasses from fogging up is completely dependent on where you wear your glasses in relation to the nose of your mask... if you find a spot on your face to put your glasses that keeps them from fogging, (like further down your nose) then these will hold the glasses there...

Better than circular ones

yes,it's better than that one.thank you.

Can you still lift your glasses on top of your head?

I doubt it. The grips fall off somewhat easily.

How well do these work if an individual wears hearing aids?

I don’t wear hearing aids but these are very effective at keeping your glasses up and they are comfortable. My best guess would be that they would be compatible with a hearing aid-but this is only speculation.
