Good Prenatal Vitamin
These tasted really good as long as it was the first thing I ate. I ate something before taking the vitamin once and did notice the slightly fishy taste that some people are reporting. I think it's pretty comprehensive for a prenatal gummy. No stomach issues whatsoever (I am not pregnant though) or weird smells. I also take an iron supplement at night.

Keeping them cold helped me take them easily ❄️
When I first received these vitamins, I couldn’t take them without gagging. It was a combination of the texture and the taste. I decided to put them in the refrigerator to see if being cold would help me. It did. It made them chewy enough that the texture didn’t bother me and they had no weird aftertaste because I was able to swallow them before they got too warm and soft. They were priced so well that I didn’t want to lose the deal by having to throw them away. This trick worked for me and I wanted to share in case it might help others in my situation.

Love these! I have ordered on repeat my entire pregnancy and have no complaints. They’re so good it makes remembering to take them every night that much easier. Will definitely be taking my next pregnancy as well!

Helped me through morning sickness
I had really bad morning sickness during my first trimester and I couldn't stomach the pill version of prenatal vitamins. Chewing on the gummy prenatal vitamins helped me through the morning sickness. I switched to the pills for the second & third trimester. Great taste.

Too soon to tell
Loses a star bc it tastes “okay”. Only been taking for a few days so far to promote hair growth and treat my anemia so unsure of effectiveness yet

Hard to chew
Not enough essential choline and Viamin D so I need to supplement them with extra pills. Also, the gummies are SO hard to chew. I can’t wait to finish this bottle so that I can start a better quality prenatal.
