Q: Is this rechargeable?

No, it does come with 2 of the 123 Lithium batteries and they last a long time. You can buy the rechargeable version on Amazon for really cheap. However this collar didn’t work even with our pound Yoriekpoo’s. I really think the vibration collars aren’t enough to get the job done. Having shock as an option would be nice for stubborn barkers.

Q: Is this a one size fits all? Description is confusing. Says 5-15 pounds, but then it says, small, medium or large dogs.

The collar is adjustable from 5-110 Lbs, you can adjust the collar and cut the excess with scissors if it bothers you and then burn the loose threads lightly with a lighter. Check out the video on how to adjust the collar on the listing and on the PawPets youtube channel

Q: First we screw the rubber probes? Don’t understand.

There two types of rubber probes, for smaller dogs, you can use the smaller ones, and if your dog has more hair, you can use the longer ones. They are there to support, it does NOT have any shock. Usually the collar comes with a pair mounted to be easier, but they can be easily changed with the included tool.

Q: What if dog needs to bark because actual emergency ?

I personally think if your dog needs to bark for an actual emergency, they will. Dogs are very smart.
