Oster Professional Care A5 Turbo 2-Speed Pet Clipper Kit

This two speed clipper really runs smooth and quiet. The dogs barely notice it running. We did have to let it cool down a couple of times doing a full cut on a doodle. My daughter is a hairdresser and she recommended these clippers as she prefers this brand over others she's tried.

Best one for the price. Use it daily for work. Recommended.!

Gets too hot fast. Returned once to get another, just to find out the second one was just as bad. Pulls my dogs hair and barely cuts. Do not waste your time. Want to return the second time but amazon did not offer a return. Now I am stuck with the horrible experience shaver.

Doesn’t not work well on our golden doodle. He has thick curly hair. I ended up selling these on fb market place and bought an Andis clipper. Much better for my dogs hair type. They might work well with other breeds and other hair types. Be sure to buy the cooking spray. These get very hot quickly. On a positive note they are well made. Very heavy duty. Easy to hold and use.

I had one of these for twenty years used it all the time. It finally had some issues, so I bought another and keeping the old one for parts! Best pet care investment ever! Will pay for itself in three grooms, and if you don’t mind teaching yourself on your own dog, you will thank yourself many times over!

You have to work quickly as it heats up pretty fast. My cat doesn't have a lot of patience though, so I end up doing him in more than one session. The blades are nice. A little noisy, but it isn't bad enough to scare him. I've done both my cats. One of them actually seems to enjoy the hair cuts! I think when they start to get too warm is when my cat moves away and I have to stop.

What can I say - this is the third set of Oster A5 that I have purchased. I have tried others, but still return to the quality, reliability, power and ease of handling with the Oster A5.

No lo utilizo profesionalmente, tengo un viejo pastor inglés y la ocupo para su corte anual, el rendimiento es óptimo corta cualquier tipo de nudo , el mango se calienta bastante después de 15 minutos de uso pero corta súper bien, no he probado otros modelos pero para la cantidad de pelo que tiene mi perro me pareció excelente opción

Awesome product! Have tried a few other clippers but this is by far the best one. Perfect for my Giant Schnauzer, cuts like butter. It is on the heavier side, but I found it not to be an issue. On high speed it gets hot fast but low speed its warm and I was able to start and finish with no issues. Highly recommend!
