Poor packaging from Amazon
Delivery was very quick and the watch itself is very stylish although the box which the watch came in was severely dented and damaged on delivery which has ruined the look. This is a gift for someone so it is disappointing it wasn't packaged better considering the cost.

Hello, I recently purchased a new Fossil watch from Amazon. I have only worn it a few times, and the crown (the knob used to set the time) has already fallen off. I am very disappointed that a brand-new watch developed a fault so quickly. I expected much better quality from this product. Could you please advise me on how this issue can be resolved? I would appreciate a replacement or a refund, as this appears to be a manufacturing defect. Thank you for your assistance. Please help me , i would like to say my problem but whom ?

Vandaag ontvangen en al om mijn pols... Hij is zo mooi! Ik heb hem in de aanbieding gekocht met een kortingscode van Amazon. Zo gul, heel erg bedankt! Het is een herenmodel, dat weet ik, maar dat is de bedoeling. Ik draag al sinds mijn tienerjaren (ik word over twee weken 42) alleen maar herenhorloges, ondanks mijn smalle pols van 16 cm. Ik vind het fijn om de tijd groot te kunnen zien! En ik vind het mooi als hij mijn hele pols bedekt, en altijd ondersteboven... nu weet je het! 😉
