The large, very full and rounded blooms, opening up to a shallow cup are among the largest to be found in the English Roses. They are a lovely shade of rich yellow - almost Old Gold - sometimes with lemony or sandy tints and create a really impressive effect in the garden. It makes a most attractive, eyecatching shrub that is very healthy and would be perfect near the front of a mixed of all-rose border. Charles Darwin is an exceptional addition to any garden, with large blooms and wonderful fragrance.

Very Pleased!
The Rose was very well packaged, was shipped promptly, and arrived quickly. Upon arrival it appeared healthy - even despite the awful summer heat. I am impressed!

Stunner of a rose
I'm giving it a 5 star rating although I personally haven't seen it. I live in England and bought it for my mother living in the US, knowing that it is an absolute stunner of a rose and it arrived in good condition and was planted in the ground with proper rose soil and plenty of food and of course sun, so it should develop into a gorgeous bush in a year or two.
