Will these hold up in the freezer?

I didn't try for freezer. There is freezer paper for this usage. Very good.

It depends on what you used it for originally. Yesterday I toasted coconut flakes for a recipe and was able to reuse it later for grilling my vegetables. However, because I tossed my vegetables with olive oil, I disposed of the parchment afterwards because of the oil and moisture from the veggies.
