Having previously used a battery operated renpho mask and found the inconvenience of short battery life coupled with not being able to use it when charging, I was deliberately looking for a mains powered mask. I have blepharitis and can be quite uncomfortable without regular treatment. Only had it a day, but so far the heat level is great, and controls are easy to use. Very comfortable too. My only criticism would be the side the power cable is on. Would be good if it was variable in some way, as I sleep on the wrong side of the bed for it to be fully comfortable. Having bought products from ARRIS in the past, and recently suffering from a bout of headaches, I was keen to give this product a try. As expected, this product worked exactly as described; heating up quickly and offering a comfortable fit (the elastic is adjustable for any head size). The device itself doesn't contain a battery and the mask must therefore be connected to a power source via the supplied USB cable. I used a rechargeable power bank with a 5V 2.1A output, providing 10W of power, which the instruction manual recommends for maximum heat output. The USB power cable has an in-line control with 5 levels of heat and an auto-off timer, a useful feature when the heated mask may well send you to sleep! I'd definitely recommend this product for someone who suffers with headaches, particularly around or behind the eyes, and for whom the application of heat usually offers relief!

Good for blepharitis and heats up very quickly and it's hot. The only problem with it I have is that nose bit - very tight and very uncomfortable. The rest if pretty much fine. Shame that you can't take the cover off and wash it so I'm using a piece of material between my face and that thing so it won't get oily.

I bought the eye mask to help manage my dry eyes caused by MGD. From my point of view, I did not find it heated up sufficiently to help alleviate my dry eye symptoms.

I have used quite a few different heated eye masks over the last ten years and so far this one is high on my favourites. I always use a power bank to heat it and this works well Firstly, I like the size of the mask, it is large and definitely blocks out any light. It has an adjustable strap for a comfortable fit. Secondly, the control is very easy to use and heats up in increments to max 60 which is perfect for dry eyes and it doesn't feel too hot for my eyes at any time. The timer adjusts up to a max of one hour too which is longer than other eye masks I have used. Thirdly, the fabric is very soft and feels very nice on my eyes.

Less hassle than microwaving my oat filled eyelid bags and better heat control.The pad does not quite conform to the eyelids, so you need to apply some pressure to let the heat melt the eyelid grease for it to work.Satisfactory improvement in sore morning eyes when used with hylo night.

I’ve have been using the eye mask for about 2 weeks as part of my bedtime routine.I find that it is really relaxing as it helps me prepare for sleep due to its gentle warmingIt takes a few minutes to warm up and then after that you can really feel the benefit.I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to aid their bedtime routine or wants a really good relaxation aid.

Nice soft comfortable mask, heating element initially stopped working after two months, but customer service have agreed to replace this.
