Better than kitchen aid!
This is the pasta roller my family used growing up and theirs is upwards of 50+ years old and has never had an issue working. No rust. Wheels turn beautifully. The finish never wears off. It's easy to plop onto the counter, secure it with the mount and get to rolling out some pasta!! I bought one for my MIL after her cheaply made one decided to quit working. And it is exactly the same as the 50+ year old one! The price is insanely good for something that last so long and works so well! By far the best investment I have made and will continue to make for years and years to come! And the only pasta roller I will ever recommend to anyone! It surpassed kitchen aid in its ability to roll with ease!!

High quality easy to use
High quality product that does exactly what it says it will. The build is nice and solid and feels like good quality materials that won't break on you. The only small downside to me is the plastic handle feels a tad cheap but other than that its great. Rolls out pasta so easily and its always perfectly even. I like that you can get different attachments to use with this model for different pasta shapes.

Love it
I love my Marcato. Vary sturdy, well-built and finished. I share in the whines about how hard it is to clean after use but in the end, the good construction outweighs any cons. Highly recommend. Don't buy the Chinese cheapos on Amazon. I did and regretted bigly. If you want a quality starter machine, this is the one.

Worth the money
This is a good little pasta roller. Works much better than the cheap Chinese machines. Smooth operation, nothing sticks, easy to clean. I have told friends to buy this one

Works great!
UPDATE: I’ve been using this for almost 3 years now in our RV. It continues to work well and we love having fresh pasta when we’re on the road. It’s almost as easy to use as our home KitchenAid setup. ——————————————————- I’ve been using a KitchenAid Mixer with pasta attachments for years. I bought this one because we wanted something more portable for the RV. The instructions were clear about making one batch of throwaway pasta to run through each set of rollers to eliminate anything left over from the manufacturing process. I found that the thickness numbers ran higher than on my KitchenAid (a 9 on this = a KA 6) Also, some pieces of fettuccine didn’t fully separate from their neighbor. Other than those nits, this worked as I had hoped and has produced some wonderful fettuccine and spaghetti. I’m very happy that I don’t have to by crappy box pasta when we’re on the road.

Molto bella
This machine is great. High quality. Easy to use, easy cleanup. What a difference in fresh pasta. I use the Caputo 00 flour to make my pasta. Fresh pasta cooks faster. I purchased the drying rack. You can store the dried pasta and I have have frozen it as well. So good.

Perfect machine - works like a Rolls Royce
Perfect/ottimo. I have owned 3 pasta machines previously. Two were not inexpensive machines that while they looked in the surface to be identical to those made by Mercato and the other major Italian manufacturer Imperia - they were made in China. Both were difficult to use because the dough stuck to them and both broke after two uses in one case and 4 uses in the other. The metal parts were flimsy and had razor sharp edges that served to catch and chew up the dough passing through the rollers. Truly Chinese rubbish - and neither cheap - also although different "makes" they had a nasty smell of oil. I then bought a Mercato machine for use in our Italian holiday house and never looked back. During lockdown fancying some decent fresh pasta I ordered this Ampia machine. It works like a Rolls Royce. The section to make futtucine and "spaghetti" is built in and not detachable unlike some models by the same manufacturer. This means you cannot slot in other attachments for other shapes but this didn't bother me. The dimensions in the drop down menu on the Amazon order section are not correct. The machine is not anywhere near that big. Look further down in the product description and you will see the correct sizes which are those of a normal domestic machine. Easy to use, no sticking to the rollers, a doddle to dust and wipe clear (I use a paper towel).

Excellent quality
The product has excellent quality! Works very well and it is easy to clean. It is not so versatile though. Because it doesn’t have the removable attachement, you’ll be limited in 2 types of pasta. Overall, it attends my needs very well.

Made in Italy come si deve.

Buen producto.
El producto cumple con las características mencionadas. aunque el manual viene un poco maltratado, y con grasa, supongo que es por el manejo que se le da en el envió. Pero el producto funciona perfectamente.
