Best Spring book
I’m a children’s librarian and I use this book for storytime every spring. The illustrations are absolutely beautiful and it describes and explains the changing season in a way that little kids can relate to and understand. This is one of my favorite children’s books. I also love the size of the book. It’s a bit larger than an average picture book so it makes a great read aloud book.

Preschool and Kindergarten
This book was perfect to read to my granddaughter’s preschool class in early Spring time. Beautiful illustrations! My kindergarten granddaughter can read some of the words as well.

Sweet and simple with beautiful illustrations
Another trusted purchase. This one is sweet and simple celebrating the coming of spring. The illustrations are beautiful and the text makes you appreciate and anticipate all the goodness that spring brings, from mud puddles and rain, to sprouting flowers and new life, kites, boots, and bubbles. Sweet book!
Keven Henkes is one of my favorite children’s authors and he doesn’t disappoint with this book. The illustrations are beautiful. The book teaches about spring in a simple and engaging way. My 3 year old and 5 year old grandsons both love it.

Colorful Spring Picture Book
My baby loves this book, the illustrations are so pretty, bright and colorful, she babbled and squealed as I read her the book and we turned the pages. The story explains what changes/happens during Spring, and is a lovely picture book. I bet kids through first grade would enjoy it. The pages were regular paper weight, and can be easily torn - baby won't be exploring this one independently.

Great dipiction of spring!
This is a beautiful book with fun depictions of spring and a cute story! I especially like how it shows the transition from winter to spring. My one year old loves this book and I'll definitely be getting the other seasons!

Sweet Seasonal Tale
