Why is this so ridiculously expensive and the other colors are not?

I just ordered (9/5/23) Simply Spice lip liner from Avon for $3.99. Sometimes when products are discontinued, the only way you can get them are from secondary sources and then they cost way more but you don't have to order from Amazon for this product.
