Great Book!!
I bought this title along with other MasterPass books and feel like the others, it is a great book! It does cover most of the specialities and offers an insight into stations you may not cover if using other books such as breast feeding. Also when covering stations it not only lists the questions you need to ask but also what investigations you should be thinking of doing! An extra plus point as they love asking questions in the OSCEs. It lays out each station clearly and gives you a list of differentials along with a short explanation of what the conditions are. Also the fact that it covers anaesthetics and discharging patients is particularly useful as it is asked more and more in final year OSCEs. The only negative this book has that it does miss out psychiatry but another MasterPass title does cover this (Focused History Taking for OSCEs: A Comprehensive Guide for Medical Students (MasterPass))I think along with another resource to fill the blanks that this book doesn't offer you will be well equipped for any OSCE!

Almost perfect!
First off I have to say, hands down the best OSCE book I have come across so far. The structure given to each station, breaking down each bit point by point provides great help in formulating your thoughts towards each station. This basic structure is carried out throughout the book, providing familiarity between stations which otherwise may seem completely different in approach. My only gripe with this book, and hence the loss of a star, as it does not cover every speciality, much to my annoyance. Rather some i.e. Psychiatry are covered in the other Masterpass book and this was not really made very clear either by Amazon or in the description/cover off the book. Calling a book OSCE for specialities, leads people to believe this should cover all specialities for med school OSCE's, but it does not!It could also do with the addition of more stations in each speciality, I felt a few vital ones were missing i.e. HRT in gynae. But as a whole, this book definitely commands respect and you will benefit from its use.

OSCE bible
Couldn't have passed without them. Although everyone in my year bought them and now they all sound like robots so use it as a framework more than anything else
