Lodge EC3CC13 Enameled Cast Iron Casserole, 3.6 Quart, White, 1 Piece

I have many cast iron cookware from Lodge and had been contemplating for a long time. Finally I took the plunge and I am very happy that I did. The packaging was superb. Build quality is top notch and I cooked mutton today and turned out real good. Another best buy, however is a tad pricey.

I am enjoying using this vessel. Great cooking.

I wish it were more economical would change the entire kitchen utensils

High price .less the price .I like the product if less price I will buy the product. But I like it.

I just got it. Yet to use it. But i did not find any major issue with the item. Only two holes in enamel in outer surface. No bumps or anything any other area. Its really heavy. I liked it. I am going to use this as kadai. Update : although it is a good and sturdy( and heavy) item it is not much useful in indian household. Both induction top and stove top are small compared to this and so food does not get cooked around the edges. Only middle part get hot and not the rim area. Hence returned. Amazon has been helpful during the entire process.

Well finished product. Perfect shape and size. Good packaging. Only problem i see is that the bottom is not flat and the centre portion is elevated. As a result any oil added gets collected towards the edges and the centre remains dry and that is a major problem during cooking. Is this a normal feature for this cookware or do i have to order a replacement? I have earliar used lot of flat bottomed skillets but never faced such issue.

Me encanta, es súper bonita y resistente, y tamaño ideal, distribuye y retiene muy bien el calor, súper versátil para todo tipo de comidas, se ha convertido en la cacerola que más uso en mi cocina, si son pesadas pero vale la pena, la calidad es excelente

Kräftiges Anbraten gelingt mühelos augrund der guten Hitze, die die Schmorpfanne erzeugt und des großenDurchmessers, der dafür sorgt, dass wirklich alles Bratgut Kontakt zum Topfboden hat. Dann Gemüse und weitere Zutaten hinzufügen, Deckel drauf, bei milder Hitze (im eigenen Saft) köcheln lassen und fertig ist ein perfektes Pfannengericht.
