Does the 32 ounce expire?

I have only had the 50mL/1.7 fluid oz. and it has an expiration date of 2 years after I purchased it.

Is there aloe in this spray?

This spray has glycerin it was recommended to me by my ENT doctor.

What exactly is yerba santa and what does it do? Does this spray kill germs?

yup, just like the answers below, it helps to breathe better especially if your nasal is really dry. mine has become extremely dry that regular saline sprays have no effect. it doesn't kill germs but from what i understand nasal dryness is more susceptible to germs.

Simply saline and ocean have been drying my sinuses so my ent gave me a sample of this stuff. how do you all use it (frequency, # of sprays, etc.)?

This is a miracle product. Hint of Aloe does it. Will not dry or burn like pure saline spray. Works for dry or congested nasal passages. Use as often as necessary. One or two sprays in each nostril.
