The main compartment is roughly 9x9x4 inches. The secondary compartment is roughly 7x6x1.5. The top components are in the ballpark of 5x3x1.5. The side components are in the ballpark of 4x4x1.5. The water bottle holder is round, so it's awkward to measure, but I got 7x3x3. hope can help you.
